Processing Times

Your order matters to us, and we begin processing it right away:

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days, bulk orders (11+ items) are processed within 7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).  
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

Customs & Duties

European Union and USA

  • No additional customs fees for shipments within the EU and USA

United Kingdom

  • Orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs
  • Please check the UK customs regulations for current rates and policies

  • All packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable
  • We use minimal packaging without compromising product safety

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Address changes cannot be made once the order is placed. However, we may be able to accommodate changes within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee this.

Delivery Issues

In the rare event of a delivery issue:

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local delivery office
  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for assistance
  • Take photos of any damaged packages before opening and contact us immediately
