1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days after shipping, depending on your location. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note: There might be delays during festive or peak seasons.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries within European Union, United Kingdom and United States of America. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

3. What if there is a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us at info@nordelle.ie, we will review your concerns and advise on the next steps. Your trust matters to us. We cannot accept returns once product has been opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Are the products safe to use on sensitive skin?

Yes, our formulas are dermatologically tested and made with gentle yet effective ingredients. 

Some skin types may need a few days to get used to new products. If irritation persists, please discontinue use of the product. 

6. Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all our products are vegan, natural, cruelty-free, and free from Sulphates, Parabens and Silicones.
